FINN Structures Support Team for More Effective Coverage

Valued Team Member Also Returns as MDM

As we have expanded our dealer network to better serve our growing customer base, we have reassessed our market strategies to focus greater attention on dealer-based sales support/training, equipment field training, and customer service at the dealer level. This renewed focus helps our dealers become FINN “experts,” so that purchasers of FINN equipment have the support we require that our dealers provide.

Beginning immediately, each dealer now has a three-person FINN team assigned directly to them, working together to support the dealer and its customers.  Each team has a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) who focuses on dealer business development, a regional Market Development Manager (MDM) who focuses on support after-the-sale, and a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who works from the FINN corporate office to help provide parts and technical support.  Currently, each team covers 6-8 dealers.

In completing these teams, we are very pleased to announce that Sean McKinney has rejoined FINN as Market Development Manager for the Central Region, covering a territory from North Dakota to Mississippi. For ten years, McKinney was a FINN Distribution Sales Manager, but left to pursue another opportunity in 2014. His return brings an extensive FINN product knowledge that is extremely valuable to our organization, our dealer network, and the end users of our equipment.  We are very excited to have him and his talents back on board with us.
