When combined with hydraulic mulch, FINN Enviro- Cap becomes a cost effective Alternative Daily Cover (ADC) that meets Federal requirements. It is a special blend of ingredients including a fire retardant and odor control agent. When mixed with water in a FINN landfill spray application unit, the spray on slurry is applied to the “open face” forming a cement-like crust.
