that prolong working life and reduce maintenance. FINN eliminated parts wherever it made sense, to
ensure peak performance and cut out costly repairs. In addition, the MTS is constructed without
belts or chains, so you're free from the troubles associated with them.
Steel Chassis
With an empty weight of 6,800 pounds, the MTS is light enough to be towed by most 3/4-ton
trucks, yet the robust steel trailer chassis provides a strong foundation to handle the heaviest
loads.
Panel Construction
The aluminum panel and steel post construction provide durability for demanding jobsite
environments in a lightweight design, which minimizes impact on payload capacity.
Sloped Design
The unique sloped design on the front panel helps maximize material flow, providing continuous
feed to the reversible floor conveyors and, in turn, to the jobsite. This design eliminates the
need for an auger, as found on competitive systems, meaning less parts to maintain and service.
Hydraulics
Electronically controlled hydraulics eliminate the need for troublesome chains and belts and
help ensure peak performance, while reducing noise and maintenance. Also, the system is driven
by only two hydraulic motors, further saving on maintenance and service concerns.
Engine
A single 25-horsepower Kohler Command Pro gasoline engine powers both the vacuum and material
transfer conveyor system translating to fewer moving parts and less maintenance concerns. And,
the efficient operation provided by a single engine significantly improves fuel economy.
