Director of Sales- North America - Finn Corp
Responsible for day to day management of the inside sales team, performance of the distribution sales channel through management of the outside Distribution Sales Manager team, implementation and execution of a disciplined sales process, provide the DSM team with all communication, assist in the development of Dealer Business Plans and goals for each outside distributor, develop and maintain annual and rolling dealer forecast, and support dealers in field for both training, sales visits, and trade shows. This position is a key member of management team involved and providing input on production, market plan, pricing, and sales structure strategy working closely with Vice President of Channel Development and reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Location of position: Fairfield, Ohio.

Responsible for achievement of financial and unit goals set for the sales territory through direct sales and management of the outside distribution assigned, day to day management of the distribution channel and direct sales inside the assigned region, develop Dealer Business Plans and goals for each outside distributor including direct territory, develop and maintain annual and rolling dealer forecast, and support dealers in field for both training, sales visits, and trade shows. This position reports to the Director of Sales. Location of position: West Coast territory.
